The hotel is located outside of the city with beautiful surroundings. Affordable taxi service and scheduled van service to the city. Spacious and well-designed rooms with comfortable beds. Professional and helpful staff. The restaurant offers a nice selection of food.

The hotel had excellent facilities for guests with disabilities, including wheelchair-accessible rooms with roll-in showers and grab rails. The room was spacious and had a good layout for maneuvering in a wheelchair. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed and even ordering a cab for me. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall next door and easy access to the hotel entrance.

The hotel staff was friendly and were pretty good too ensure my comfort and safety. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of English and continental dishes, with a must-try adjika sauce made of horseradish. Transportation was easily accessible, with taxis available to take you to the center of the city.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I was actually surprised by the room upgrade upon check-in, thanks to Tamara's kind gesture. The bigger room had a beautiful view, and I couldn't resist staying for an extra night. We enjoyed staying at this hotel located on a big plaza and close to major roads. The staff, from the manager to the housekeepers, made all possible efforts to provide great customer service. The room was well-equipped with amenities like flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and cookware. The dining restaurant had delicious food and snacks were also available at the snack bar.
